1. What slippage will be used when trading through PT multistation? Are there any additional commissions or spreads?

PT multistation is just a trading terminal. These trading parameters are specified by your broker and PT multistation will not cause any additional fees to be incurred.

2. Is data routed through some special server of yours? What is the delay for quotes received with PT multistation?

PT multistation uses direct connections to your broker. No additional delays will occur.

3. Can you please provide me with the FIX tags for certification to set up a feed from? Can you please let me know the IP address that we should use for the feed connection?

No. We can’t. If your broker supports a FIX connection, they will give you these settings. Since every broker has their own security policy we cannot track them.

4. I’m trying your demo but it's asking for a license code. What do I have to do?

PT multistation demo time is 15 minutes. You can use the full functionality of the platform in demo mode, but you will need to reload it every 15 minutes.

5. I have an expert advisor for MetaTrader. Will it work on your platform?

Yes. PT multistation supports PTL, MQL4, C#, VB.NET and EasyLanguage scripting. You can use your advisors without conversion or you can convert them to PTL for further enhancement of functionality.
PT multistation supports multi-language scripting, but you will need to recompile your EA in PTL Builder. So only source files are accepted; you will not be able to use compiled .ex4 or other file formats.

6. I can’t see my account, trades and order details after reconnecting to Currenex. What do I have to do?

This is a Currenex FIX API issue. We’re currently working on enhancement of the connection API along with Currenex and in the near future this issue will be resolved.

7. I can only see 3 currency pairs, but I know my broker offers more. How can I enable them?

Add this currency pair to the WatchList panel. You will then be subscribed and it will appear in all look-ups.

8. Will I be able to use Level 2 quotes through PT multistation? Are trailing stops available?

Yes, but only if your broker provides these capabilities.
