MT4 (beta)
To start working with Metatrader4, first do the following:
1. Download and install the latest version of PT multistation from the download page. Read the documentation to find out about the specifics of a Metatrader4 connection. Your PT multistation will be updated automatically each time you launch it.
2. Run PT multistation and register your PT multistation account.
3. Download and install the latest version of MT4.
4. Login to PT multistation and create New Connection, select Metatrader4 from the list of available connections. Fill out all required fields and click the Finish button.
5. Copy the file "DotNetApi.ex4" from "C:\Program Files\MetaTraderApi" to the experts folder of your MT4. For example "C:\Program Files\FXDD - MetaTrader 4\experts"
6. Set full permissions for EA's in MT Options.
7. In MT4, attach the DotNetApi EA to any chart. The port parameter needs to be equal to the input parameter during initialization of the MetaTrader class. Use different port numbers if you need to control several MT4 platforms at the same time.
8. Switch to PT multistation and click to connect to your new MT4 connection.
